How to connect to a child

By connecting to your child as a parent you can easily stay up to date with what's happening in your child's team. Respond to event invites, communicate with other parents, and much more!

If your child doesn't have an account yet, you can easily create an account for them by following this guide: How to create a child account if parent already has an account.

*To access settings in recent versions of the app, press the menu button, then press your profile avatar, then press settings.

This article explains how to connect to your child if you already have an existing 360Player account. If you are completely new to 360Player and don't have an account yet, this article will explain how to create an account and connect to your child. 

Navigate to settings by pressing the menu on mobile, then pressing your profile avatar in the top right-hand corner. On a desktop you can press your profile avatar directly from the home screen. Then press Settings.
Once in your settings, navigate to the My children tab. You can then press Create account for your child if your child does not have an account, or Create connection to connect to an existing child account.

To connect to your child, enter the email that your child has registered on their account and then Send the connection request.
Once you have sent the request, you will see that it is pending until your child has accepted it in their app.

Your child will get a push notification about your request for him/her to respond to.

Once your child has accepted the request, you will get a push notification and you will now be able to view your child's teams from the Team picker.
